Historic Shearers Quarters

Quaint hut, a trip back in time. Fresh flowers were a lovely touch.

A microwave would have been handy. Bed was small for such a large room.

Incredible, secluded location. The Shearer's Quarters were bursting with character, lots of thoughtful details. I loved staying here and would recommend to anyone. The hosts went above and beyond by posting us the phone charger and item of clothing we left behind. 10/10

Lovely getaway from the city, was looking for a place of quiet, calm and with nature & it provided it absolutely.

We absolutely loved our time here and wish we stayed longer. The rustic style is beautiful, the farm animals coming to say hello is magical and the owners are absolutely lovely.

All was simply perfect, the location, the personal, the Room. It was like a dream cabin in the middle of a beautiful farm.

Being so far out from any town, a breakfast included would have been great. Even a couple of eggs left would be ideal.

no bedside lamp & an outside light for going to the toilet > Thanks for leaving the lights on for arrival - really helped. Loved the bath

Authentic and comfortable

Would be good to know how coal range works or if we were not to use it. Did create a bit of smoke in the room.
