The place is old and needs a revamp

Cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms well suited for business trips with colleagues, very good restaurant.

The location was stunning. Breakfast was also great.

The auto lock doors made me nervous and I was paranoid about not locking the keys in the room. The furniture was very dated. The tv’s in the room were also very dated.

Nothing

1. The fact that you had to climb a lot of stairs. With no offer of help tonget your baggage to the room. My huaband was for a back operation in the cape with this stay and litteraly had difficulty getting up and down staira I explained that was why I booked cottages that looked like ground floor on the images . I asked them to move ua to the inn and explained the iasue. They where not willing to assist and told me it was fully booked. But when I looked online I couls book it but would lioose they payment foe my already booked two nigts. 2. The room was dirty everywhere dwad flies was laying. 3. We where two people and only receivwd one towl. 4. I booked a three bedroom cottage but tqo rooms where locked. Only one was unlocked but my husband when his back hurt so terribly need to sleep on his one bed....the reason for booking a cottage and if one bed is to soft or hard maybe another in the place helps. 5. The window kept banging we needed to take papers and put it in the window to be able to try and sleep. 6. Its a mission to find reception. 7. The lady at reception is not friendly or helpful when I explained my problem she did not offer to organise to get my suitcases in the room at least. For thw price they ask as they are more expensive than other places I looked at ypu expect better service. At Blue Peter in Bloubertg they took the bags from the car in to the room. 8. When I cancelled the rest of my stay I lost all the money as they did keep everything. I was not planning to saty in such a dirty place .

The location was good and so was the breakfast.
