Breakfast was good. Good variety.

The tv's weren't operational & the back garden unsightly.

The scenery is beautiful.

I didn’t like the communication process. I did not receive confirmation that my payment was received even though I received an email indicating that I would receive confirmation. I called on the day of arrival after sending a follow up email the previous day, and I was informed telephonically that they were expecting me and that payment would have to be made on site. I indicated that I had already paid and sent proof of payment. Upon my arrival nothing was said about payment nor was any explanation or apology offered for me having to follow up on my reservation. I also didn’t like the fact that I had difficulty finding the cottage as well as struggling to unlock the door because the lock has a specific mechanism. I would think that this and other details have to be communicated to guests at reception in order to avoid unnecessary frustrations. I’m certain that I’m not the first guest to have challenges unlocking the front door. It required of me to get assistance from reception to come and unlock the door. Lastly, the welcome letter in the room was addressed to a certain, Miguel Inacio. I’m not sure how that happened but stuff like that should be avoided. I’m not bothered but other guests might take serious offence over such a blunder.

Beautiful surrounding, cute cottage, amazing staff and good food

Showers and bathroom not great, living room seating needs some attention, TV signal was terrible and really needs to be upgraded I totally he and century

It was very clean & the complimentary wines were amazing! So generous! Also, we asked the kitchen to make breakfast boxes for us as I was getting married that morning and they were so accommodating and the breakfast was out of this world!

That I couldn’t stay longer!

A bit run-down and furniture functional but not pretty. Curtains need attention and did not feel 100% safe. Alarm but no one accompanying to accommodation - you are on your own

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds , serene outside setting. Clean and neat . Quality toiletries , easy check in

Shower head’s definitely need an upgrade as every shower gives you a very confusing experience with the water going everywhere. The tvs and couches too. Slight granny vibes
