Une salle de bains privative aurait été un plus.

Great central location to visit both east and west side of the island. Parking on premise so no hassle looking for parking spaces. Lucia and her partner were very welcoming hosts who tended to our needs whenever we asked for something. Though the they live in the house my partner and I never had the feeling we were trespassing. There is well furnished kitchen with everything needed to cook decent meals with. To top it off there is a beautiful garden to eat, relax, dry clothing or equipment and watch sunsets. Rooms equipped with mosquito nets to keep bugs out (though there weren't many when we stayed beginning of June).

Rien ! l'eau de bienvenue, les petits biscuits! La classe! encore merci. L'allée de sortie avec les Orchidées , les Amarilys, les Glaïeuls et le reste une merveille!

This is a very nice place to stay. It's not lavish, but comfortable. It is definitely quiet. Some hotels you can never tell for sure until you check in what the noise situation is, but if you're sensitive to noise, there isn't any street noise, traffic, airplanes, etc. The house is well off the road. You drive down a long driveway to get to the house where there is plenty of off street parking. The hosts are very kind. I would take seriously any restaurant suggestions that they make. I went to one nearby that I picked that was disappointing. The one that she suggested was great. The house is also nicely located to other sites on Sao Miguel. I got my laundry done, which is a great help. They also let me check out late. I would stay here again. In fact, I stayed here twice while I was on Sao Miguel.

I didn't have a problem with this, but there are shared bathrooms. This house has four rooms that are rented out and two bathrooms that are available, so it wasn't as though I had to wait for anyone. One suggestion I'd make is to provide a luggage rack so that people can put their suitcase on it.

Alles perfekt, super nette Gastgeber, super ausgestattet, Traumgarten, sehr ruhig, Küche und Bäder teilt man sich, aber das verläuft sich, sehr sauber, modern. Perfekt, gern wieder
