Valentina and her team went above and beyond for us. They graciously kept the restaurant open for us on our first night, understanding our unexpected travel situation and the fact that we were traveling with our young daughter, leaving us unable to eat earlier. They offer a homemade breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from, and their homemade dishes are not only delicious but also prepared with great care and love. The staff members were fantastic; they provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and helped us navigate the area. We really enjoyed talking to them. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, with a beautiful garden that included a small slide, making it perfect for children. Every morning, our daughter had a blast there, collecting little stones and sticks.

Everything was great, but we did find the mattress in our room to be a little too firm for our liking.

We were charged £100 euros extra for our two dogs for five days which is excessive and the apartment kitchen is very small and poorly equipped so even making a salad was a challenge.

Valentina was an exceptional warm, friendly & passionate host. All the other staff were lovely also. Location & views = Stunning!!! Beautiful property & enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

The stay was exceptional, from breathtaking views, amazing cuisine and a very lovely family style accomodation and team, tenuta risalpiano gave us relaxation, a great holidays in nature and close to Florenz and many tuscan sights.

Valentina is the heart and spirit of this loevely place. Nicely located at the top of Diacceto hills overlooking a part of Tuscany. She is totally devoted to her business. A celebrated Pasta, pastrey and cooking master. Makes every effort to keep her business running. Her clear focus is the Restaurant. Valentina took particular care of saying goodby personally and handed us as a gift her olive oil. Very grateful for her gesture and kindness. If she wasn‘t there, the cold shower we had to take the first day or lack of power in our room due to a technical detail we ware not made aware of, and unbearable noises from our neighboring room ( walls are poorly isolated), would probbaly never have been solved. Booking customer service certainly also helped to solve the latter problem. Important to note, rooms have no airconditioning ( we fortunately didn‘t need it, as wheather was exceptionally cool). Additional small pieces of furniture or cabinet compartments would make life easier to those guests staying longer than for a couple of days. Young people would certainly not have problems lifting their luggae from the parking place to their rooms in the first floor ( about 100m trail) as the gravel path doesn‘t allow to roll them. Breakfast is generous and excellent. The lady who served us evey day was very kind and helpful. Pasta is also very recommendable. We are certain that young people, who are not noise sensitive, can enjoy this place. We would certainly love to repeat our Tuskany Holidays in future, though in a different place.

The listing advised there was air conditioning in the rooms but there was not. It had a room fan but in the middle of a heat wave we were hopeful that there would be air conditioning. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Big rooms and an exceptional view from the restaurant terrace. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

We thought the place looked a bit run down and needed some upkeep. The loungers at the pool were not in a great state which the owners could've easily fixed with some tools in 5 minutes. The pool was full of wasps all the time and we missed some umbrellas around the pool area. We had dinner at the property which was too expensive for the quality served (most expensive dinner during our 15 day stay in Italy), and unfortunately we both got really sick right after dinner. When we let the owners know this, they didn't take any responsibility in this and they stated it would be caused by the 'fresh drinks'. Later they suggested that we could not digest the porcini properly, but we never had any issues with this before. They did not offer a compensation or gesture for the bill of the dinner.
