We loved everything about it the comfort the cleanliness the area but most of all the owners jane and John the warm welcome they couldn’t do anything more so so friendly we couldn’t of asked for any better and just a nice touch was the milk tea and coffee and the Welsh cake and biscuits they had left for us on arrival will 100% be coming back her and definitely recommending it as well to friends 😊

Everything we needed and more was provided. Truly luxurious! Lovely welcome from our host. Peaceful, quiet. Lovely walks along the lanes to the village and down to the coast. Glorious!

We did find our apartment/cottage quite dark, mainly because it's ground floor. Some rooms could do with extra, brighter lighting. Especially the kitchen.

"Felt home from home."

Absolutely beautiful barn conversion in the most idyllic and peaceful setting. Perfect location for days out and cosy evenings in. Jane made us so welcome and even on a rainy day gave us a lift to the nearby train station for a day out (we came on a motorbike). Perfect friendly host who was happy to answer any questions we had.

Nothing. Ticked all the boxes. Even included 2 soft and 2 hard pillows on the bed for preference. The little details made all the difference such as milk in the fridge, Welsh tea and Welsh cake. There’s even a washing machine and tumble dryer should you need it. Everything was so well thought out. Loved it here.

Jane is an exceptional and generous host who goes above and beyond. We had an amazing stay. We loved the layout of the property with the living area being upstairs as we could watch the sheep. A treat to stay on a working farm. You aren't far from all amenities. We had days out in porthmadog,abersoch and Criccieth and Barmouth that we drove out too. Stunning scenery all around. A really well equipped cottage,beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The games room is a wonderful added extra. 10/10 would highly recommend and will return.
