"The Johns experience at Ouderkloof"

The cottages were lovely and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and loved the shower. Enjoyed the pool area. We did like the fact that we could relax.

More activities to enjoy as the gravel road is so long it would be nice to have things to do at the cottages Aircon and TV would be an advantage. ( these are just suggestions) The gravel road was a little long.

The views were exceptional

The cabins needed a lot of TLC. We had a broken kitchen cabinet. The towel rail was broken. The bed had 4 bricks underneath to hold it up straight. The carpet wasn’t clean/hasn’t been vacuumed. The utensils were old. There was a dog on the property which came into our cabinet. There are lots of bugs. The owner should really improve this accommodation.

Location is beautiful, stunning views surrounded by mountains people are friendly will definitely visit again

Some things were abit outdated and staff can put abit more effort into cleaning the property thoroughly

Beautiful view of the mountains. Enough space for the whole family. Amazing pool and aircon.

On arrival we found the dishwasher filthy and not working at all. No cleaning products to clean up. We had to go to town to buy products and toilet paper as there was not enough. Lots of old soaps in the one shower. Utensils have seen better days. The pan is very dangerous to use as the handle is broken. We tried fixing it but with no success as it was to rusted. Wifi was not working. We contacted the owners who said she will follow up with the service provider. 4 days later still no WiFi. The porche railing is half broken and our dog fell off the porch luckily on the grass.

Amazing view, great cottages and common area

Kitchen was sticky, not clean. Toilet flush was not working. It could be all easily improved with cleaning and taking care of appliances
