un po' difficoltoso da raggiungere per chi come noi è abituato a zone pianeggianti, ma è veramente bello e curato, si vede che dietro c'è una grande passione

Bellissima struttura da sogno.Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Il Poggio e posso dire senza esitazione che è un luogo davvero speciale, perfetto per chi cerca pace e benessere. La spa è semplicemente meravigliosa: curata, rilassante, pensata per farti staccare completamente dalla routine. Già dopo pochi minuti ci si sente rigenerati. Ma ciò che rende l’esperienza ancora più unica è la zona circostante: una natura silenziosa, autentica, che avvolge tutto in un’atmosfera di calma profonda. Si dorme benissimo, cullati dalla tranquillità e lontani da qualsiasi rumore. La colazione è un altro punto di forza: prodotti genuini, con marmellate fatte in casa davvero eccezionali, che raccontano passione e qualità. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore. Un elogio speciale va a Gerardo: una persona straordinaria, capace di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. Sempre disponibile, gentile e attento, prepara la colazione con grande cura e un sorriso che fa davvero la differenza. In sintesi, Il Poggio è un posto dove si sta bene, davvero. Lo consiglio cento volte a chiunque voglia regalarsi un momento di vero relax.

The rigid atmosphere. Feeling unwelcome. The gentleman Geraldo makes many commercial efforts and tries hard but his wife ruins it all by being rude and very disagreeable. The beds are highly uncomfortable. The pillows absolutely hard as rock. The 'twin room' downstairs is a room for disabled people and the attached bathroom is ugly with a massive push on red handle as if you were in a hospital and an ugly and gross grey plastic flooring. We found and killed a cockroach. My room on the first floor was nice (except for the horrid bed) but the bathroom is across the hallway with a padlock. At no point do you feel at ease. The tiny dining room, without any music, no atmosphere, the safe door as if we were in a prison, the countless rules (tutto e vietato), the noisy fridge that I had to stop at night because of the noise and that he counted 10 euros a day for. The spa that you need to request 24 hours before or it's a no. The simple fact that there is a difference in between having amenities and making guests feel like they are too much, they ask for too much ( it's like 10 people, 6 yogurts, 6 slices of egg omelette and then you have to ask and he does it but you can feel it's a lot to ask to the lady at the back, even if Geraldo is doing his best ) Basically, having a good structure doesn't mean you are a good host. I would recommend changing the beds and definitely at least the pillows and mostly stopping the awful military rules (God forbid you leave the main door opened for two minutes and let some light in). Change your ways and learn to be gracious hosts.

Colazione ottima e ottimo il servizio... cordialità e disponibilità

Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi ogni mattina, bella la struttura e interessanti le attività che propone (parco avventura, orto didattico). Segnalo inoltre la correttezza del proprietario, il Sig. Gerardo, che ci ha offerto senza aumento di prezzo una camera superiore (appartamento) perchè in quella da noi prenotata non funzionava il condizionatore.

Non sono note negative ma soltanto suggerimenti: sarebbe bello poter utilizzare autonomamente il barbecue e includerei l'uso della piscina nel prezzo di tutte le camere.

Staff cordiale e struttura pulita

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per trascorrere un fine settimana tranquillo, e questa aspettativa è stata rispettata pienamente. Complimenti a Gerardo e alla sua compagna che ci hanno accolti con grande ospitalità, facendoci sentire a casa. Consiglio vivamente di usufruire della splendida piscina che hanno e anche dell'attrezzatura per l'arrampicata.
