"Relaxing and enjoyable"

This is our second stay and it didn’t disappoint Lovely cottage with all the facilities you need , very clean and comfortable, hosts are very friendly and helpful . Lovely to see the lambs and sheep in the fields around the cottage , and the farm cats are very friendly, would recommend to anyone for a peaceful relaxing break. Also easy to get on to the A39 and A30 so can travel around to places quite easily from here .

"Lovely relaxing weekend in the countryside"

The old wagon house was clean and comfortable, the hosts were lovely very helpful and friendly , it was lambing time when we arrived and though the farm was busy we were invited to meet some lambs and ponies . Also met the very friendly farm cat Captain Pugwash a few times . Location is good easy to travel around Cornwall from , beautiful log fire in cottage WiFi was excellent too, superb place to stay !

"Exceptional"

Fantastic quiet location well out of the way of other people but enough food and shops within a 15 min drive, lovely and quiet, nice view of the farm, a lot of information provided of local places to eat and things to do around cornwall etc. The Old Wagon House is essentially a small open-plan bungalow with bedroom & wetroom, very accessible for those with mobility issues.

My only nitpick would be that the curtains were pretty much see-through but in all honestly at this time of year, in this heat (upwards of 28 degrees celsius), I think blackout curtains would have killed us off.

"Great holiday property!"

It was great to meet Sheila and Jimmy and they made us very welcome. The Old Wagon House is a lovely conversion, set amongst the working farm, but we were not disturbed by any of the farm activities. The property is well equipped.

It rained virtually all the time we were in Cornwall!
