"Surprise package"

Easy to reach location. Parking aplenty. Restaurant on site with superb service quick and excellent food and wine. Super breakfast. VFM here! Lovely grounds.

"Nice place,arrogant staff"

Nice place, with good pool, out room was large with big bathroom

Place was hard to find internet is poor in the area our room had no wifi,when I asked about it the receptionist said it was the Italian way, the receptionist was arrogant and the pool was overcrowded

"A delicious place to stay"

Decent sized room with smallish bathroom but generous-sized shower. Clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent with high quality house -made produce, delicious! A reviving stop on the Via Francigena Sud pilgrimage trail.

Wifi was weak in the room (but strong in the bar/restaurant).

"Disapointment"

The restaurant aspect and friendly reception

The lack of quietness with the room. Dogs barking at 4am, 7am. We had room 11 adjacent to the stair ways so it disturb us early in the morning.
