Residence Nord Est

Location five minutes from the beach. Plenty of storage options. Lush surroundings. Anti-mosquito weapons.

The lush surroundings and the season attracted lots of mosquitoes. With the anti-mosquito weapon we were able to reduce the population significantly, but we were still happy that we brought our own mosquito net. Location close to the main road which means there is always some level of (bearable) noise. Mattress was a little thin. The shower was a little small.

It was easy to find and I felt welcome when I arrived. Studios are clean, good size and with a very well equipped kitchenette. Each room is independent, with a little terrace in front. The parking is a nice plus and the location is also good as it is in the village a few minutes walking distance to the beach, close to all facilities.

It can be a bit noisy at night as people in the neighborhood, like in the whole country, like to play music, but it didn't bother me as it stops at a reasonable time and it is also part of RD culture. It would be nice if they offer also breakfast even if there are plenty of places around that offer it and also a lot of supermarkets.

Location the room is very clean and comfortable.

To make it perfect needs an A/C and a bed thin quilt is a recommendation other than that was very pleasant.

Helo Everybody, I am Shanti from Nepal, i am a pilot, I never think the place is best like that I stay 5 days and I was so comfortable, the owner Mr. Marco he is so kind and nice gentleman. that place is very quiet and not far from the main downtown area, only 5 min walk you can find all the restaurant and beach. you have your private parking if you have your own vehicle. and if you are out in night, you can come whenever no matter you have your own key like your home. just for you guys if you are looking for good quite place in las Terrenas this is the best place. .

The location is perfect as you can walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The whole residence is beautiful with the garden and the restaurant inside. Marco was very welcoming and available during our stay. The studio is spacious and comfortable. Parking is secure which is definitely a plus.
