Residence Nord Est

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nord est and I cannot recommend it enough! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From providing fresh towels and linens to leaving coffee and snacks in the kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location was perfect, walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. I truly felt like a local during my stay. I also appreciated the clear communication and easy check-in process. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect! Marco is incredibly friendly and helped us the whole time even after our stay. Totally clean and comfortable apartment! We recommend it to 100%!!!

It was a close enough to the beach for you to walk there but in the middle of the touristic caos so you could enjoy having some peace and quiet. The room was as pictures,very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday so we were unable to eat their delicious food, but we are definitely coming back on a Saturday to give it a taste.

Excellent location: close to the beach, restaurants, ATM and shops. The apartment is very simple but it has all you need, including a small kitchen. Good value for the price paid, totally recommended if you are not looking for anything too fancy. They accepted credit card (visa) as payment, and the owner lives there so even if not reachable via phone you can knock at their door anytime.

Slow wifi. It's located closeby the main road; As every other apartment in DR, the rooms are not soundproof, you will hear motorbikes and dogs all day (there are no glasses at the windows, just a mosqito net). Bring earplugs and you'll be fine! Low water pressure, it takes a while to get hot.

Located in town close to restaurants, grocery store, mercados, and beaches within easy walking distance. The town streets are noisy but the residence is away from most of the sounds. Quite private, and parking available if needed. Decent WiFi. Small cooking space and fridge. Pull out couch for my son was a nice surprise. I enjoyed reading on the shady porch during down time.

Would have liked an extra set of keys so that my son and I didn't have to time everything to enter and exit when not together. The lack of housekeeping didn't bother me (I like privacy and independence), but it is minimal, so expect that.

It is in a cull the sac, next to a busy noisy street. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are as shown in the pictures. Good for a few nights stay. Not a dream hotel, nor a dream location

Hard to get in touch with the owner. He is often not there and does not respond to calls/SMS. Could not take a shower coming back from the beach, no water due to repairs. Water pressure after was very weak

perfect location! less than 5 minutes waking to the beach, close to everything you need and very safe. the apartment is new, large and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, there is a bidet and warm water and a very good Italian restaurant. but the best thing about this place is the kindness and availability of the owner, which I am truly grateful for all the help. absolutely recommend to everyone! (also incredible deal for quality/prices in las Terrenas)

Everything! If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay in while being in Las Terrenas, this is it! Marco and his wife were super sweet and helped me with everything! The place itself was super cute and the location perfect for exploring the city and having everything near by and only a 3 minute walk to the beach! with many beautiful restaurants and cafés! I would 100% come back! 😍
