All brilliant

The bed

We knew what the apartment would look like as we visited last year, nice place. However I do think there are a few things to improve. Sofa I felt needed a hoover as there were other people hair on them same with the bed cushions. The pull out sofa bed frame was dirty. Overall 8 out of 10 for cleaning. No full height sweeping brush which is needed. As maid only cleaned the floor once. There was dust pan and brush but I’m on holiday so not getting in my hands and knees. Restaurant are not great, the spar shop is massive but super expensive. So take your own staple food which is what we would do if we returned. Tv English channels but would go off a lot. Nice stay but expensive and I have stayed in lots of 4 stars for the same price would food included. This is based on the cost of the self catering room. The money we spent on flights and the food.

Restaurants on site are expensive and not a great choice of food

I am AVC member Anfi Beach 24 yrs! Love location. I found the reception staff excellent. I had problem with BBVA bank and they were so kind. My only gripe was 8th floor, I am 80, fairly fit but it made life difficult in the heat.

Absolutely everything. The apartment was fabulous, immaculate, and amazing ocean views. Every member of staff we encountered, from reception to housekeeping, were so friendly. We loved how relaxing our week was. We ate out and did a couple of lazy take away's, too. The beach is great but we love the pool areas. Can't wait for our next stay.
