tropical pond was nice

very noisy, loud music a lot of the time from outside or the beach. further away from the sea than I thought… 2 lifts and a walk away, no clean towels, the shower leaked and soaked all the towels on the first day, only got fresh towels once during the week despite them being soaked and dirty each day, the cleaners came in every day and did very little, bedding for the kids bed was limited, they could see we had 2 children and only gave us a sheet…. choice of restaurants nearby were awful and very expensive. overall very disappointing.

everything was perfect, a beautiful apartment with a large terrace, communication with the accommodation, they prepared everything we wanted for our children, always very tidy. we were very satisfied, we would definitely like to come back here.

Very nice seaview and view on minigolf course. Parking garage. Very clean and quet place.

The apartment was huge and had the most amazing view of the pool and the sea and had plenty of wardrobe space with a nice big bath and a separate shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was also huge with loungers/table and chairs and the apartment overall was cleaned regularly and to a very high standard. The pool was beautiful and the pool bar was great with really friendly staff-the menu there had a very good selection. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. The hotel itself was very secure.

I don't think it's value for money. For a 5 star hotel, I expect at least free water every day and not having to pay for sunbeds on the beach especially - I was told that the beach was owned by the hotel. I also expect room service but you have to ring the restaurants on the promenade for that and they never answered, which wasn't ideal when I arrived at 9:30pm and the minimarket was shut and so was the Spar. There is also no mini fridge. The food along the promenade in the restaurants isn't great but Nube was the best one so definitely try there. There's a policy of not reserving sunbeds but it still happened without towels being removed. All the restaurants for the hotel are on the promenade and there's not much going on. You also have the Sales Team ringing you trying to sell you a timeshare for the apartments and there were people constantly walking around having tours of the place.
