El personal era un encanto, nos trataron genial y estaban pendientes a que todo fuera bien. La ubicación es ideal. La habitación muy cómoda.

Difícil aparcar por esa zona y a la piscina le faltaba mantenimiento (mucha arena en el fondo)

"Beste Lage und trotzdem Ruhe"

Beste Lage direkt neben den Dünen, direkt an der Promenade. Super ruhig und trotzdem mitten im Leben. Frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Alles, was man sich wünschen kann

"Tegenvallend"

Mooie kamer direct aan het strand, directe toegang tot het zwembad vanuit de kamer.

Karig ontbijt, beperkte keuze. Vaak zeer ondeskundig personeel waar het ontbijt door geserveerd werd. Sommige personeel kon zelfs geen cappuccino maken. Handdoekwissel om de dag, wil je vaker een schone handdoek €2 per handdoek. Airco werkt slecht, het blijft de hele nacht erg warm op de kamer. Ook na het wisselen van kamer ivm slecht werkende airco nog steeds te warm. Zwembad werd overdag schoon gemaakt heg werd overdag gesnoeid waardoor het zwembad vol met takken en bladeren lag.

"All the staff were really friendly and helpful, truly is my favourite place to stay in Maspalomas"

Everything is clean and immaculate, huge bed,,aircon, lovely breakfast - perfect terrace with sunlounger and direct access to the pool, and located on the beach.

There really isnt anything to dislike.
