Lack of support out of hours , limited breakfast choice

We had an amazing stay at TenSuites in Gran Canaria. The rooms were spotless, the staff incredibly friendly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal – right on the beach, yet peaceful and away from the city noise. Breakfast on the terrace with stunning views of the ocean and Maspalomas Dunes was a highlight. The pool was crystal clear and the water temperature just perfect. Everything looked exactly like in the photos. Highly recommended!

Aunque para nosotros no supuso un problema, por la tarde no hay personal en el Hotel.

This is in a great area with the beach right next to the property and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The best thing was the lovely breakfast waitress Alba who was so lovely and caring! She gave my friends and I first class service. The rooms were decorated to an extremely high standard with quality fittings and a luxurious feel. The cleaning was also very good. The whole place is immaculate and feels brand new. The view at breakfast (from the terrace) was magical but my favourite thing is the swim up swimming pool which is lit up at night and the comfy delux sun loungers for two or three! We are planning to come back…

The safe did not work in room 2. The hotel provided a key though.

llevamos 3 años yendo a este hotel en la misma fecha, se ve cierta dejadez en la gestión.La piscina no estaba del todo limpia,no habia tarjeta para abrir la puerta y nos dieron llave fisica y las personas de la habitación de al lado no paraban de poner musica muy alta toda la tarde

Breakfast, setting for the breakfast, there are only 10 suites which is fantastic. Great location.
