Ottima la posizione, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Alcudia. Funzionale il check-in e check-out autonomo senza vincolo di orario.

Gli spazi della cucina erano molto ristretti e la casa era poco fornita di utensili per la pulizia/biancheria.

Perfekte Lage

The accommodation is located 2 minutes to Alcudia beach.

It was so dirty I can't believe it took them hours to clean it. Terribly dirty bathroom with other people's hair, toilet with dirty rims. Kitchen is all in old grease. All sockets and baseboards are just black with dirt!! I had to ask them to clean our room better, and the cleaners came for only 20 minutes!! They just poured toxic chemicals all over everything and left leaving a terrible chemical smell in the apartment. It was very disgusting to stay in this apartment, the impression of the holiday was ruined. Wi-Fi did not work for two days, the owner was in no hurry to fix it. The view from the balcony is on the back entrance of another hotel and a store. In general, if you do not want to ruin your holiday, I do not recommend renting this apartment.

It was clean and had a good A/C. The location is also a BIG plus.

The beds were hard as rock and the apartment had an onion smell that stemmed from the refrigerator. Tried cleaning to get rid of it but did not work. Needs a good Cleaning. The bed sheets were not fitted so we had to make the beds in the middle of the night as the sheets slipped off. Also, the walls are paper thin. We heard everything the neighbors did. The door slamming was the worse and whenever they turned the key, it sounded like they were opening our door.

The beach is close and that's it.

The check in was supposed to be at 17, we came at 18. As soon as we came in the sewer smell was unbearable. Apartment was messy and unclean. Somebody stayed here and it wasn't cleaned. There is blood on the ceiling in bedroom. When we complained to the booking and the owner, they told us to wait while it was cleaned, waited in a bar for 3 hours, lost the sunset and the day on the beach. It still smelled.

Location was excellent..appt was nice and clean just a pity the corkscrew was broken and the mozzy spray was empty but easy fixed! Instructions for keys etc where well informed making it easy enough to get in with no staff around..all in all I would use the accommodation again

We found that when using the shower the water escaped onto the floor quite a lot so maybe a longer glass screen or some sort of barrier to stop this as it left the floor quite slippy.we had to stand very close in the corner to stop this happening so much!
