L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait : au calme, loin des ruelles animées, tout en restant proche des points d’intérêt. La propreté est irréprochable et le personnel toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Lors du check-in, j’ai beaucoup apprécié les conseils donnés sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter à Santorin et sur les moyens de transport. Le personnel est très sympathique, et les femmes de ménage passent chaque jour. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et le calme est l’un des grands atouts de l’hôtel. Café, lait, tisanes et micro-ondes sont également mis à disposition.

A very safe and secure property. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Ersi Villas had everything I needed for my stay. The staff kept all the areas and my room exceptionally clean.

Posizione comoda, struttura nuova e pulita, camere comode e host gentilissimi. La piscina aggiunge un valore all’alloggio, non c’è la colazione ma la mattina ti offrono caffè, selezione di te e latte fresco. Ogni camera è dotata di un mini frigo molto comodo a mio parere. Ogni stanza ha davanti un piccolo patio privato con un tavolino dove poter mangiare qualcosa.

The distance from the town although .

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, and they always have recommendations if you didn’t plan your stay, they even give a map of the island with the things to visit/do.

The swimming pool is very clean and accessible, and it offers free coffee in the morning. Location wise, the stay is very close to Fira town/bus station (10 min by walk) but very quite at the same time so almost like a hidden gem in the center of Fira.
