Staff were amazing and the place was kept very clean!

The Host Ilias was extremely helpful from check in to check out and made everything so smooth throughout, going above and beyond and even helping us plan our day around the island with his local knowledge. The accomodation is well located and has such a lovely homey feel, we had the best stay on the island at Ersi Villas. Located only a short walk from the local buses that take you around the island as well. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff for making our stay one to be remembered!

Ersi Villas is conveniently located close by the main thoroughfare of Fira and was such a lovely accommodation to stay in! Ilias and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The property itself is quaint, beautiful, and serene, with plenty of outdoor seating options to enjoy the breathtaking natural scenery. Our room had the most incredible, unforgettable view of the sunrise coming over the Santorini coastline. Should I ever come back to Santorini, I will most definitely stay at Ersi Villas. It truly is a hidden gem!

We liked the location! Off from the main Fira town but still walkable to the town. A quiet and charming place. The host, Ilias, and his team were so helpful and friendly. Close to a bus stop to Oia, and pick-up points are close to the property. Highly recommended!!

The shower booth could have been cleaned properly. The bathroom is quite tiny.

Good location away from the busy Main Street but close enough to everything you needed. Pool area is good. Rooms are very nice and balcony is a nice added extra. Host was very helpful with information about the island, gave us a great idea on what activities to do on the island

Our stay at this property was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling. From the beginning, Ilias and Mildos were incredibly kind and welcoming. They let us check in a bit early without any hesitation, which made things so much easier after our journey. Throughout our time there, they were always helpful, respectful, and made sure we were comfortable without ever being overbearing. The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The room was spotless, with everything we needed already in place. What really stood out was the view. Waking up to that sea view every morning was such a treat, and it’s only a short 4-5 minute walk to the center of Thira, which made everything super convenient without being in the middle of the tourist crowds. It’s hard to find places that feel both professional and personal, but this one strikes that balance perfectly. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Everything was easy, smooth, and comfortable, and that’s entirely thanks to the way Ilias and Mildos manage the place. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
