Unprofessional! This "x-star" hotel will not please you either with a new renovation, or cleanliness, or friendliness of the staff. Indecent rooms, terrible decoration, shabby, tattered furniture, rude staff, arrogant and cynical owner. This was by far the worst booking experience and probably the worst hotel in Corfu. Also, the owner responded to my previous review and accused me of lying and using profanity. Unlike people like this host, I would never allow myself to use obscene language, especially to a person of respectable age, even to such an insolent person as this irreverent man named Fedon Milios, who first introduced himself as the owner and later said that he is not the owner and has no right to make any decisions. Recalling the complaint of the Booking system, Mr. Fedon excuses himself brazenly, because the system's claims service repeatedly demanded that he cancel the reservation and return the money, but he ignored all the demands, taking advantage of the fact that Booking is just an intermediary company and cannot forcibly collect money without consent the owner of the apartment. Consider this nuance, especially if you book for a long period, because you can be left without housing and money, exactly as it happened to my parents and their friends, for whom I booked apartments in this hotel complex. This disreputable gentleman considers himself a guru of the hotel business and allows himself to embezzle money for services he did not provide. Therefore, it all looks like cynicism of the highest level. It is unfortunate that your vacation can be ruined by some person who is completely unprofessional in his place. But in the end, everyone will get what they deserve: good is returned with good, and evil with evil. I wish everyone who goes to Corfu to find a cozy and comfortable place for an inspired vacation or a successful business trip! Unfortunately, I will never recommend the Andromaches Holiday Apartments hotel for such purposes!

Terrible!!! Avoid them if you don't want your holiday to be ruined and your money to be stolen! The owner of the apartments complex is not familiar with the rules of the hotel business, he is alien to any qualities of humanity, he openly ignores the requirements of the Booking.com system to cancel or edit the reservation and refund for services not provided. He is a pathetic and cynical liar, a rude and insolent person who will eventually accuse you of slander and obscene communication. Guided solely by the desire to enrich himself, despite numerous verbal, phone, written appeals, despite several requests from the claims department of the Booking, the owner of the property appropriates the clients' funds when they ask fot cancelling this reservation 9 days before the date of arrival. I should clarify that this booking is one of 3 reservations made simultaneously with the intention of 4 elderly people staying for 11 days in 2 apartments. These are elderly people from a country where the war is ongoing, they came for a few days physical, moral and mental recovery. Totally we lost more than 1700 euros. The guests did not even check into the apartments as the information about the hotel on the website was incomplete and untrue in some parts. There is a steep road with a significant angle of inclination leading to the coast from the hotel, which means it is not suitable for walking for the elderly or people with disabilities. The owner was informed about this immediately upon arrival, and a refund was politely and reasonably asked. This was followed by repeated requests and demands from the Booking system, but all of them were cynically ignored. By the way, the guests were offered dark apartments located in a one-storey building that looked like a technical annexe (the website contains pictures of the interior of rooms in a multi-storey building, no explanation was provided). The guests left the hotel without checking in. But they did not return the money to us.

My parents and their friends loved everything in Greece except Andromaches Holiday Apartments. We have never seen such a terrible attitude of the owners to the guests as in this hotel. My parents and their friends, a total of four elderly people, had their holidays ruined by the hotel owner's greed for money and inhumanity.

Be careful when booking at this hotel! I would like to warn anyone who is considering this hotel for their own or their family or friends' accommodation. The owner can cynically and without hesitation appropriate your money in case of force majeure cancellation. He is a boor and rude. He ignores all kind requests and requirements of the Booking.com service to cancel the reservation and refund for services not provided. At the same time, the owner justifies himself with various lies: first, he says that it is his business and his rules; then he says that he is not the owner of the hotel and does not make decisions on refunds; later he says that the Booking.com system does not allow him to cancel the reservation; and after appropriating the funds, he accuses you of slander and threatens you for your negative feedback. Also you may be offered a completely different apartment with conditions and amenities that do not match the description and pictures posted on the website. That is, instead of rooms in a multi-storey building, the photos of which are posted on booking websites, you will be offered dark rooms without sufficient natural light in a building that looks like a technical annexe. You might have the promised seaview through the treetops, and that's if you're lucky. The poolside cafe is a mess, with shabby old sofas and tattered cushions. And the promised distance to the sea of 200 metres is 200 on the map, in fact there is a steep mountain road 400 metres long leading to the coast. Take this into account if you are without a car or if you are booking for the elderly or not healthy. For understanding. Our booking was made for 4 elderly people for a period of 11 nights. Due to incomplete information about the hotel's location in a mountainous area and the guests' musculos problems, the guests never checked into the hotel and the owner did not refund the entire 11 nights paid in advance. The amount of our money lost was over 1700...

Had a lovely few days at Andromached. Lovely views from apartment. Pool was lovely and breakfast was really good. Owners so helpful

The place is quite and perfect for relaxing stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty, coffee good. Nice views. Our studio was spacious and comfortable. Its not 5 start hotel of course and it was what I wanted. Bus stop is very close but you can walk about 15-20 minutes to near village for restaurants. 5 minutes from the place theres is a very nice beach with two beach bars.

My expectations were matched with the reality. I am satisfied with everything for this price.
