The owner was very friendly and available if anything was needed. A lovely room and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. A very good pool for swimming in. You can have a meal and drinks in the bar and cafe, prepared by the owner. A nice view of the bay from the balcony.

I made the booking for the hotel on the same day, when the accommodation was mend to be done, When we came to the spot we were told that there is no room for us and that the hotel is fully booked. The owner asked us that he could search us the similar kind of room for as a replacement. Until now everything went just fine. The room we ultimately got was from a third service provider. The apartment seemed to be some kind of spare room for the staff etc., with a overwhelming smell of mold, what was easily found at the bathroom. Altogether the night was spend there, but the room surely wasn't worth of almost 90 € we paid for the original reservation. The main problems here were that 1) the owner should told us beforehand that the quality of the other room is very poor so that we could find the other accommodation by ourselves and 2) when we asked for some kind of compensation the hotel didn't fairly set even an apologize, or took any kind of responsibility for the fact that the overbooking was clearly their mistake.

Very kind staff that cared for the guests. The only negative thing was the beds that were very hard and hene not comfortable at all. Could easily be fixed with a mattress

This hotel has exceeded my expectations, frankly speaking. It was very well located, quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect, not too close to the main road, boasting sea view from almost all points, nice pool and close to a very nice, even luxurious private beach. The bus stop is also very near, and if you walked 10 min along the sea you could get to Benitses, a village where the shops and restaurants are located. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, over 10 days of our stay they felt like family, Catherine, Phaedon and Alexis, thank you very much you have made our stay so pleasant and carefree. The wifi could have been a bit stronger, maybe. There were certain spots where the connection would interrupt. But if you are on holidays and aren't working, it's not such a big issue.

Great location and property, very welcoming and friendly staff and owners. Clean and comfortable. Pool was fantastic! I had to change my dates last minute and owners kindly accommodated me. Would definitely go back!!
