The location was amazing, the owner is super friendly and very helpful, the hotel itself is gorgeous and everything was super clean.

Hôte très sympathique qui nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il y avait à faire à Santorin de manière précise. Réponses très rapides. Présence d'une clim dans la chambre. Le cadre était incroyable, loin des voitures sans pour autant être trop excentré. Le ménage était fait tous les matins en fonction de l'heure qui nous arrangeait. Quand nous voulions sortir de la piscine, la plage était à 200m. A seulement 15 minutes à pieds d'un magasin aux tarifs plus que corrects.

Nous avons tout apprécié, en terme de détail, un petit rideau de douche pourrait être appréciable. A noter pour ceux qui comme nous n'y avaient pas pensé mais l'eau du robinet est salée donc pensez à acheter des bouteilles.

Lovely quiet place, but still very close to the beach and lots of restaurants around. The apartment has been spotless, comfortable beds. Owner Michaela is a very nice lady, always on the site if needed. She is always helpful. Thank you for the great vacation, we will be back👍

Villa Limnes is nicely located between (3min) sea with black sand beach and main road of Perissa (5min) where you can catch a bus to any part of the island. The host Michaela is very helpful and is extremely knowledgeable about whole Santorini, she will give you a custom map with all the interesting spots and will make you think your stay is always too short to see them all. The villa itself has a mix of studios and rooms, we stayed with studio with kitchenette, toilet and balcony. The ac is unlimited to use which is good considering some other places you have to throw in coins to use them. There is a pool open to the guests, outdoor showers etc. I would definitely return to the spot.
