The owner, Micaela, was very welcoming and gave us excellent tips for visiting the whole island. She booked a taxi and boat tour for us. The property is very clean. It provides you with clean towels, sheets and shower gel every day. It has a nice pool, and is just 2 minutes from Perissa beach. Near the property there is also a shop for renting quads/cars/scooters and a supermarket.

The kitchen is very small and there is no washing machine.

Everything. A week before going, I realized I had booked a room with a double bed. A 16 year old boy with his mum we needed 2 beds in a large room. Michaela advised we had booked an economy room with no room for a twin but she was able to upgrade us with no bother and booked us reasonable transport from the port. On arrival, Michaela was amazing, guiding us on how to make the.most of our holiday. With her advice, a day trip to the volcanoe, walk, swim and visit to a beautiful island= amazing price and superb day. Michaela also advised us on great Greek restaurants on the coast with delicious Greek food. The room was perfect, great view of the mountains and cleaned to spotless condition daily. Lovely pool and 5 minute walk to the beach Michaela is a lovely, expressive Greek hostess all in all a great holiday.

Local bus, handy to Oia but very unreliable and I felt for the locals as jam-packed with tourists.n

Michaela hosted us like we were family! Room was clean and spacious. It is beautiful basic accommodation. A short walk to the beach, great for families! Safe area

Michaela is really helpful, friendly, and speaks perfect English. Our room was large, clean, well-presented with a lovely balcony and useful kitchenette. Villa Limnes is really close to the beach, and just a short stroll to Santa Irina bakery and a well-stocked Carrefour.

Location was excellent. The area was exceptionally clean and Michaela was an excellent host, friendly, informative and available. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Limnes
