It is clean, well maintained and in a quiet location a short walk from the beach front. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Michaela was more than amazing! Offered us recommendations and two large bottles of water when we arrived late at night. Offered us her phone number if we needed anything from her. Her and the staff even decorated our room when they found out it was my boyfriend’s birthday! The staff definitely make this place special. The room was simple but had everything needed and was always kept clean. Safe included. The pool was lovely and the property was a short walk from Perissa beach.

10 minutes from village and 5 minutes from the beach. Ideal location. Michaela is the perfect host in the perfect villa.

Having to come home.

Fantastic location, just a stroll to the beach, our room had everything we needed. Our host Michaela was so welcoming, she even lent us her own phone charger as we’d left ours at home. The whole place is spotless, good pool and jacuzzi too. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, we’re already planning our return next year.

Super relaxed and beautiful views

The hospitality that Michaela showed to me was amazing. As a solo traveller it was one of best experiences of my life since she showed me all the necessary information for the Santorini journey. The facility was always clean, and peaceful.

Great location for a relaxing holiday by the beach and pool, with easy access to bus for travel around the island if needed.
