Villa Limnes

Absolute wonderful location 50 meters from the beach. Rooms cannot be any more cleaner. Comfortable bed mattress and wonderful owners who are warm and welcoming.

Michaela was very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay, offering advice on where to get what we needed and suggesting places to eat and drink. We ultimately decided to extend our stay and it was no problem for Michaela to help us with this. She also offered support when we were considering adopting a stray puppy. Honestly we couldn't have asked for more from her. The hotel in itself was great, rooms were comfortable with basic cooking facilities if needed (but there's so much choice for food, I doubt you'd need to use it!) Having a pool was an added bonus. If we come back to Santorini again, Villa Limnes will be top of our list for accommodation.

The owner Micheala was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was a solo traveller and she made me feel at home and helped me with transport and places to eat and visit. They cleaned my room everyday and provided fresh towels. 8min walk to the bakery and supermarket. The beach is less than 5 min walk from the villa. Lovely family run villa and I definitely would recommend it, especially as a solo traveller or a couple.

Great value, good location, 142 steps to the beach, 5 minute walk to amenities. The most welcoming welcome from the property owner.

Our wonderful host who went above and beyond for us and never steered us wrong with recommendations of places to eat and things to see! The room was clean and comfortable and simple. We loved the swimming pool and how close it was to everything.

It’s not the property’s fault but the wifi was not great and we really wished there was somewhere high to hang the shower head but it was still a great place to stay.

Right from booking Michaela was so helpful booking airport transfer and on arrival giving us full details of the area and island nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was spacious and clean we were lucky to have a new bathroom , clean towels everyday which is very unusual for this type of accommodation. Excellent location, close to beach (3 mins) and restaurants , bakery, bus stop, supermarket (5-mins). Michaela and family made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us!

Location was amazing, and studio and pool were spotless. Daily housekeeping took place, and staff were very helpful.

Just perfect. The host is an unlimited source of information and advice regarding this beautiful island. And she is a genuinely pleasant person. She accommodated all our requests and she was always there to offer assistance (which i desperately needed since I slipped on a rock and fractured my arm...). The property is nice and conveniently located, 2 mins away from the beach. Lots of restaurants at walking distance, delightful bakery 10 mins away. Everything sparkling clean. ample space for parking.
