Villa Limnes

We loved our room, it was comfortable and very clean. We had a small kitchen that we used quite a lot for breakfast, mostly. The balcony was pretty cool for relaxing in the night. The Villa is close to the beach were you can find some restaurants and bars. You have an amazing pool at the Villa too! The people at the Villa are very helpful, everything you need ask them, if you need suggestions they are the best ones to recommend you things around. You don't need to walk much for bus station, supermarkets, bakery, etc. You will find pretty much everything around the place. It was a perfect stay !!! Thank you for everything Michaela and the crew 🥰 You made our stay amazing.

Everything.. bus stand and grocery shop are 5 min walking distance. very near to the beach (1-2 min walking distance). The owner is very helpful. Really love this apartment.

Nothing..only the bathroom water is little bit salty.

Around the corner from the Perissa black sand beach, about a 5 minute walk to the market, bakery and bus stop. Nice pool, nice courtyard and patio to sit on with a bistro dinette table.

The cleanliness, the owner's attentiveness, and the stunning views make the stay at this villa an unforgettable experience. The staff were very attentive and kind - offering lifts to places the bus doesn't run and even decorating our room and giving a gift on our anniversary. The staff were so lovely. Also, Michaela gave us lots of information and advice about how to make the most of our holiday. The villa was very clean and they cleaned our rooms every day. The location is excellent - just a 2 minute walk from the beachfront, where there are plenty of bars and tourist shops, where we ate every night, apart from one night where we visited Oia. In the other direction from the beach, there is a small supermarket right next to a lovely bakery. This was under a 10 minute walk away.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the villa. There was a man that kept a horse tied up all day near the villa who I didn't like, but he's not associated with the villa.

Villa Limnes is immaculately clean inside and out Great location minutes from the beach bus stop restaurants and shops. Michaela was so friendly and always available to help.
