I am old school guy (outdated) and so far (as of 2011) I did not rated any accommodation with 10. But had a lot of "opportunities" to be in accommodations highly rated , but just average from my side. Having in mind that that Baladinos Apartments would be rated at least with grade 15. Back to reality. Hosts are really great. A;ways willing to help and make stay better. In front of apartments is big sandy beach. Sunbeds and umbrella are also available, for free. If you have small kinds, playground for them is also available.. There is plenty space to park car. Closest market is at 5 minutes walking distance.

We had really enjoyed our stay and is is hard to find what we did not liked. Dining table was little bit small but again able to feet or needs.

Maria was the smiling face of Crete. Always ready to help any situation. This place was so chill and relaxing, heard the waves all through the night and woke up baby turtles on the beach fighting their way into the sea. A bit run down but charming and utterly friendly in all ways. A safe place to travel alone as you feel seen and comfortable.

For me as a cat person I didn’t particularly like the big dogs some other guests had.

The location was perfect, right on the peaceful beach but very near all the facilities one could need on a holiday. Owners were more than kind, made us feel very welcome and Kosta kindly provided us plenty of useful information for visiting the island Everything was very relaxing and it felt like visiting an old friend. We're very happy we chose these apartments and would gladly return. Thanks for everything.

Kindness and helpfulness of the hosts Maria and Kostas. Exceptional Greek cuisine of Maria. Strategic location to visit the west side of Crete. Extreme tranquility. Proximity of the beach. Free use of sunbeds on the adjacent beach. Air conditioning. Room cleaning. Ease of Parking. Proximity of the supermarket.

Very good meal, very nice and friendly proprietor, clean rooms. A beach very close that was never crowded, this place was great for a relax. In the near surroundings there are next shops and good restaurants.

Location was great. Quiet beach to have a swim before breakfast.. I recommend families to travel here together. Safe and peaceful.Having a view to the sea and beach whilst having breakfast was just so relaxing. Breakfast served with a smile 😊 all the time. Simple fare with fresh homegrown eggs cooked to how you like it. fresh squeezed orange juice 🥤. Available are yoghurt jams etc. there is a bar and meals served . Great value for your money. Would definitely come back with family.
