Quinta dos Figos "5 Trevos GOLD"

A little piece of Paradise in Terceira. The hotel is quiet, surrounded by green, and total relax is assured. We particularly liked the room, which was big and clean, and the possibility to use some common facilities like the garden, the barbecue, and the rope for hanging clothes. A 5+ stars hotel!

Original décor and friendly host. Nice garden and lovely furniture. It's like a hidden lovely spot near the port area.

The location is really off. There is no air circulation in the room. No AC or a fan. We had to open the balcony doors and the main room door to get some air but the mosquitos didn't let us sleep. Then the roosters started at 5am. The bed was cracking. No fridge provided. The shower gel and hand wash containers were empty. Also the check-in form asked too many unreasonable private questions such as profession, both passport and ID number, and a national tax/social security number. The host insisted we must give all this information. All other hotels we stayed in the Azores and Portugal only asked for a passport number.

For nature lovers, typical farm quiet and spacious. Also enjoyed the gardens terrace etc..

I would have preferred to have the housefor ourselves instead of sharing the kitchen but it was great anyway.

Beautiful property, an absolute remote gem

We liked the apartment and the gardens, nice big house. The host was very friendly. We hope to come again in the future Nice and quiet place.

Beautiful grounds . Manuela was helpful and informative.

A bit far from town. Taxis were not interested in coming out to take you on a short ride. We walked in the rain to the restaurant we wanted to go to but it was closed. Once desk person goes home you are on your own- in the morning when we were leaving there was no place to stand out of the rain while waiting for the taxi. Information booklet in room offers breakfast but is outdated information.
