I have never felt more wronged by a hotel. Upon my arrival i find out my AC is broken they promise it will be fixed the following day... Long story short, my AC is never fixed during my stay. I passed along the message to the point person at the villa that I would like to be reimbursed for the days that I don't have AC. She said she would pass this info along to management and get back to me. Management never got back to me and I even sent them an email. On top of this my wifi didn't work at all in my room and I was told that would be fixed as well. Very upset the management didn't do anything to make this wrong right. I had to pay up front for the hotel but what I paid for was not delivered. Very upset with this experience.

The location is perfect in Oia and view amazing for sunset/rise and just in general. Loved getting breakfast delivered to room! They welcomed us with wine and a key chain! The staff was so helpful and friendly!

The room itself is a little worn down but clean

Location and beautiful views. We initially were in awe of this villa, but were very disappointed in a number of things and for the price of over $7000 for 4 nights for 2 couples we would have expected a lot more. The kitchen appliances were non existent, one saucepan and one very small frying pan but no utensils except 4 sets of knives, forks and spoons. No bread knife, no sharp knife and no bread board or oven tray, or platter. You were obviously not expected to cook or even prepare a platter to share. We wanted to eat at our apartment more than eating out as we wanted to enjoy our own space and views. 2 out of the 4 days were very windy, but the other 2 days were beautiful with a light breeze, however each time we put up the umbrella for shade we received a whatsapp msg to put down the umbrella as it was too windy!! I'm pretty sure as 4 grown adults we were aware of keeping an eye on this. On one of the windy days, the only small piece of shade and privacy sail we had, ripped out from the wall and flapped furiously against the wall until my husband found something to tie it back. We mentioned this to the managers who didn't seem too concerned, however this was our only last chance of any shade as we couldn't use the umbrella!! So we had very little shade the whole 4 days . On one occasion, one of the patio seat cushions blew off the seat and we could not see where it went. When we told the managers, we got the impression it was our fault, he went off down the stairs and came back within a couple of minutes with the cushion, so I would suggest this wasn't the first time this had happened. Why weren't they Velcro to the seats or have some sort of ties to keep them from flying away in a wind gust? The managers sat a couple of stories above us, and on more than one occasion noticed them, so we got the feeling of being 'watched'.

The whole experience was disappointing, but fabulous location and views.

Definitely the service! They were all so helpful and available at all times. Arranging transport, breakfast, questions etc. The property manager Stavroula was really helpful. Even though we only stayed one night! We could have easily stayed more. Recommended.

Nothing we like there. Very rubbish villa I ever seen in my life

This is most rubbish and dirty villa I ever seen in my life. We almost spent 1600 Euro for two nights but when we checked in this villa we found dirty rooms and everywhere is incent in whole room and in washroom as well. They put clorine in the jacuzzi inside the room and it's smells in whole room. We didn't sleep whole night and in morning me and wife got infected from that smell. In the morning we straight away leave that hotel because the management is very rubbish and very rude, when we informed about this issue then they said if you want to stay here then stay otherwise leave from here. They also refused to give refund as well. Very next day me and my went to the hospital to get some medicine because our health was so bad. So I request to all the people to not come here and don't waste your money in this villa as this is the rubbish place ever in Santorini. If you see pictures on booking.com it's totally different in live when you go there. They were just making people fool. So as we had very bad experience over there don't go there ever.

Gorgeous view! Amazing hot tub! Incredible host - was so accommodating. Hooked us up with an ATV rental and gave us a detailed list of recommendations in Oia. Highly recommend.
