The quality of breakfast was not what I expected.

For me it was a 2-3 star hotel with a 5 star price . The hot tub was stained yellow and looked dirty - never went in . Faucets were loose in bathroom . Breakfast was terrible.

The staff is very nice and hospitable. The view from the patio is nice.

The facilities are in the thick of OIA w/ crowds and treacherous steps down the cliff to reach your room. It is dangerous and difficult. All bathrooms had mold in showers dirty floors. The AC didn’t work. The shower head in one villa fell out of the ceiling. The pool left a white caked film on our skin that was difficult to wash off. If you try to leave before sunset you have to be careful and not get knocked down the narrow steep cobblestone steps by all the cruise tourists taking the iconic Instagram photos. I would have liked to have been more aware of how difficult it is to access and would have made a different choice, particularly for the money.

Hot tub was dirty could have done with a clean couple of stains, also a black oil looking stain on the floor outside.
