Armeni Luxury Villas

We stayed at the Ambassador Villa with private pool. It's an EXCELLENT villa, spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Many options to choose for breakfast that they bring to the villa at whatever time we want. There are free public parking lots near the hotel, where staff came to help us with our luggage as to get to the villa we needed to go down several steps. Ms. Stavi is super lovely and helped us with all our questions before we even arrived at the hotel. She also helped us with the rental of the car that was waiting for us at the port upon arrival of our ferry. The location of the hotel is very close to the "main photos spots of Oia", however with no view of the sunrise or sunset. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

Unfortunately the water in the pool is not heated, so we couldn't use it as we didn't go in a very hot season. The WiFi connection in the rooms does not work due to the construction of the villa, which I believe is a general problem and not just for this hotel. However, the WiFi worked normally in the living room and on the balcony.

The view is nice. However, they have no secure entrance so other tourists constantly trespass onto your patio at all hours for photos

Absolutely horrific stay. The room was not properly cleaned (used toilet paper rolls left at the sink, empty toiletry bottles, hair from previous guests on the sheets and pillows). Worst of all, I was fairly injured by the jacuzzi. The property does not maintain it well, and there was no protective cover over the suction pump. I ended up getting stuck to the side of the jacuzzi for well over a minute in excruciating pain, and now can barely move my shoulder. When I told staff about this in the morning, they aggressively confronted us, mocked me, and asked me demeaning questions like “have you ever even used a jacuzzi before”. They had told us we could check out at noon, but then began kicking us out at 11am and passive aggressively cleaning the space while we were still trying to get ready. When I conveyed all this to Booking, the property lied and told them none of this happened. They were also supposed to book us a taxi to return to the port - and that arrived nearly 40 minutes late. They had the audacity to beg us not to leave a bad review as we left. Stay very far away from this terrible hotel.

Great views, personal hot tub with great deck. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio daily. Breakfast was made to order and delivered to our villa. Staff were great. Avenir handled our luggage and checked in throughout our stay. Marina helped with dining suggestions and helped with transportation. Housekeeper was outstanding also. Very comfortable accommodations.

Perfect location, large hot tub privacy

We stayed in the Galatia suite so I can only speak for that room. I highly recommend it .The suite is a large and tastefully decorated executive 2 bedroom apartment situated on the cliffhanger Caldera Ridge in the heart of the upscale Oia area just below the walkway and close to all the restaurants. Very nice. F.a.b.u.l.o.u.s. world-class-one-of-a-kind views. Good A/C which is unusual for that large an apartment. The breakfast served each day on our personal terrace was lovely and the staff were great!! Marina who is very hospitable makes everyone feel loved and welcomed along w Admir who no kidding carrries you’re luggage from the parking lot to your room so you dont have to worry about that (for a generous tip of course which is not required but you’ll want to give it when you see how hard he works to serve you. He’s so gracious) Just remember to select the Galatia Suite for your stay — we were comfortable and that suite/apt actually exceeded our expectations.
