Hospitality - the best. The location was really good.

Everything was great. Superb, friendly and helpful staff and owner. Beautiful, peaceful location. Great food. Exceptional, comfortable sleeping accommodation.

Matthew and his team were simply amazing. The farm is splendid with many types of trees and plants, everything is lush and green with a little river passing in the middle of the farm. The villas are very well made and comfy. Communication was always easy and fast. Matthew really went out of his way to help us solve a hiccup that we had with our driver booked with a travel agency in another city; we don't know what we would have done without him. We cannot recommend him and his team enough :)

The Idukki area is so beautiful. Nutmeg Valley provides an immersion into life in the mountains of Kerala. The staff were so inviting and made me feel a part of their family. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but my experience here was beyond expectations. The variety of things to do from having a quiet breakfast on the veranda listening to the waterfall and birds, to walking around and seeing and tasting the variety of fruits grown onsite is unbelievable. I availed myself to the local cuisine for my breakfast, lunch and dinners. All were prepared onsite allowing me to enjoy the flavors and variety of food I would not have chosen on my own. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough good about my time there. I’ll have fond memories and stories to tell my friends and family for a long time to come.

There was very little I didn’t truly enjoy during my stay.

Amenities in rooms can be upgraded gradually but since it's a farmstay you can forego them!! The natural ambience makes up for it ten times more!!
