Everything. Wania and Francesco are wonderful hosts and lovely people. We had the Pine Room which was very spacious and beautiful. One of the nicest bathrooms we have encountered too. Wania is very generous with provisions including wine and Francesco dropped us to a shopping centre so we could get some lunch. We ended up choosing to walk back - which was about 5 kms and very flat. They would have dropped us to the train if we wanted to go into Venice. There is a very good pizza restaurant a short walk away for dinner and you can do takeaway if you prefer. Free Netflix. Peaceful. There are only 3 rooms let I think and it is very quiet.

Expensive taxi fares to and from the airport - €40 for a 15 min drive. But that is Venice for you, I suspect and nothing to do with the property.

We stayed in the apartment, it was absolutely immaculate, spacious, light and airy and finished to a very high standard throughout. Although we were self catering there were some delicious provisions provided for us on our arrival. Wania, the host, is one of the most friendly, helpful and accommodating people we have encountered in many years of travel, Wania went over and above what was needed and went beyond the "extra mile" Sissi was pretty amazing too. We would most definitely return if in the area again.

Stairs only with no lift to top floor, purely the logistics of the building and Wania did offer to carry our luggage up, however it is worth noting for people with reduced mobility.

This property is outstanding, recently renovated keeping , its character adds to its charm. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, and her local knowledge just added so much value to our stay, especially visiting Venice.

It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect too. And Sissi the dog was very sweet too!

The host was incredibly friendly and helpfull. Drinks from the minibar are included. The rooms are extremely clean.

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful accomodation. The room was very big but still extremly cosy. The service here was on another level, the owners where very warm and we even had a bottle of wine in our room as a welcome gift. They took really good care of us and gave us useful tips during our visit. The location is close to Venice and really easy to visit by a short train ride. The venice airport is very close too. Eventhough these places was close the resort is very peaceful and romantic. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit the b&b again sometime. They have a lovely dog ”Cicci” on the ranch who is very friendly and welcoming. If you stay here it is good to have a car.

This was the most amazing experience ever!!!! Everything was just beyond perfect. The pictures of the room do not do it justice: it is all even so much better and of such high quality and finishing… wauw!!! This was not 5-star service, this was 12-star level. Wania, her husband and even Sisi (cute dog!) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I will not start by listing all the incredible extras Wania provides as it would spoil the surprise: but think “perfection as you would wish it to be”. My son cried when we left, I think we all left a bit of our heart.

The length of our stay: 3 days is not enough to feel so well taken care of
