Wania is a super-host! wonderful place, spacious room, wonderful service, close to the airport for those who need to leave early to a morning flight. multiple reccomendations for things to do in the area and good restaurants and pizzerias as well. close to the train station as well. the room is equiped with cookies, wine, orange juice and coffee and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wania is kind and very helpful host.

We loved everything

The place is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Even though breakfast was not included, the owner has left cookies, crackers, jam, coffee, tea and a bottle of wine. Lovely place far removed from tourists. Quiet, restful, peaceful.

Everything! Wania is a wonderful host. She gave us a very kind welcome to her beautiful residence. The Fondo Gioconda is a fantastic house which has been completely renovated. The rooms are super clean and nicely arranged. We are sad that we only stayed one night but we will surely come again! Thank you Wania

Highly recommend! We absolutely loved our stay at Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda. The place is quiet, clean, and very beautiful - just like the photos. Wania is a fantastic host. She was very helpful with everything from travel suggestions to even booking reservations for us. She really went above and beyond and we look forward to another stay here.

We liked the design, it's a beutifull farmhouse converted to a B&B. we liked the cleanliness of the property and we liked the host, Wania, very much. She was so helpful and sweet.

It could have been perfect if there was full breakfast in the nice breakfast room downstairs as we like our small breakfast in the morning, some eggs, meat and cheese.

Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda is an old farm which is beautiful renovated. The location is perfect for exploration of Venice and surrounding. It is also suitable for those, who need only overnight stay, Venice airport Marco Polo is very near. The house is a little bit off the main road, which is big advantage, you can sleep in quietness of the countryside. Wania is one of the best hosts, we ever met. The communication after reservation was kind, efficient, with many information – about the room (you even get the short film of it), tourist attractions, restaurants, shops in the vicinity. She welcomed us with big smile, the bottle (not glass!) of very good rose prosecco, snacks, homemade cookies (even tough no food is included officially), … The room was spacious, beautifully arranged with very comfortable bed. Unforgettable stay. Definitively we will return. Thank you Wania!
