Staff was amazing— kind and so very helpful. The views were extraordinary. A little north of the intensity of Santorini but still on the beautiful caldera with gorgeous views.The gentleman who carried our suitcases and brought our breakfast to our balcony each morning could not do enough for us— a true gentleman and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.

The view was spectator and the hotel in a perfect location to capture this view. Along with a wonderful choice of nearby restaurants and cafe's.

Upon checking in I was given a very small room, totally unsuitable and certainly not what I expected in size, lack of view and for what I was paying for the four nights I stayed. The room was almost bordering on 'backpacker' style! However I did pay for an upgrade to a much better room and location for the best view. I did however feel the hotel needs upgrading and refurbishing. It was not value for money as is, not that I mind paying however this this not meet my expectations. Breakfast served daily I felt could have been better. Staff, however were helpful and friendly.

The view from the terrace was exceptional and was what we had expected and had been willing and prepared to pay for. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive.

The room was very basic. It was quite small and apart from a small refrigerator there was no other items like glasses, cutlery or cups and plates. The hot water system took about 8 - 10 minutes to warm up for a shower. The bed was up in a loft with very low ceilings and a steep ladder to climb up to it.

Staff was excellent. View was spectacular. Everything was close and easy to access. In the heart of the Santorini. John at the reception welcomed us at the property and was very informative about the surroundings. Klaudia, Magdalena and Foty have great customer service skills and very customer friendly. Always in hand to assist with smile.

Room size, especially the bathroom, was very small. Same breakfast every day although delicious but could be different every day.
