Absolutely brilliant!! Location is spot on and the staff is amazing, views from this hotel is breathtaking, please book this hotel you won’t be disappointed 5 stars for this place it’s a lot better then Fira which is over crowded.

Great views and location. The rooms were a very good size and had all the necessities.

Staff were somewhat absent and hard to track down when you needed things. Room cleaning and maid service were hard to get a hold of and slow.

Couldn’t fault the property and staff. They were amazing and so helpful. The location was perfect for us, a lot quieter but still walking distance to the busy town of Thira. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Absolutely everything!!! Perfection!!

Fantastic location with a breathtaking view of Caldera.Lovely bartender welcomed us offering us a welcome drink and was always nice to interact with. The location is really amazing, quiet at night although it is just 5 -10 min walk to Fira. Whatever you need, restaurants market etc is within walking distance. We also wanted to hike to Imerovigli and Oia so it was perfect for us to be in Firostefani. When we are back to Santorini, we would gladly come back here!

We used bottled water for brushing because the tap water tasted and smelled weird. Not a property issue per se, but probably it is island-wide as water is scarce.

Amazing location - a 10 minute walk from Fira and thankfully away from its maddening crowds. We had a hot tub & lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the caldera from which to watch the sunset. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.
