family owned house with a lovely couple as hosts. the house is beautiful and offers river access, very well decorated and with cozy ambience. the breakfast is lovely served at the dining room table with fruits from the directly from the tree and home baked cakes. fully refurbished rooms with great finishings. very nice well kept pool.

a bit secluded in location, with not so easy access if you drive a bigger car.

The owners of the Quinta are so hearth warming and nice. They welcomed us and made sure everything was perfect. Daniel is a joy, he played music for us and we watched football together. Maria is very kind and made sure we had a delicious breakfast each morning. The room is lovely, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The outside, pool and the river are beautiful and everything is comfortable. We had a lovely stay, couldn’t have been better!

Breakfast was excellent. I loved all the variety of food presented. The location was perfect for a restful stay. To be able to walk around the property on paths & go to a beautiful creek was amazing. I moved to Portugal in January & really enjoyed my stay in the mountains & easy & close to go to eat lunch & dinner.

This property is amazing. A little tricky to get there, but an absolutely stunning property. The Villa, the pool, the fruit grown on the property, (you will not have a better orange).
