Prachtige locatie; een zeer speciaal plekje om de sterrenhemel te beleven. Ook dank voor het hout om de koedoe en het kampvuur te stoken.

The location was beautiful, the cottage very neat, clean and in an incredible location with sweeping views over the bushveld. The dam was a very welcome suprise and provide lots of fun swimming.

It was advertised as having electricity but in realty it had very dim lighting and no plug points, electronics had to be charged in the car. The fridge was also below par. The pool and pool area were not as advertised.

The farm was absolutely stunning, views from the chalets is beautiful. I loved how off the grid it is, no stress from normal day life, gives us time away as a family. Plenty of animals to see and encounter. The out door fire pit was lovely on the evening. Kids loved every minute of our time here. The owners were very accommodating and helped in every way they could. Very friendly.

Nothing loved the whole time there.

The view is amazing and location fantastic. The total peace and quite is great. Went for a nice hike as well.

Chalet facilities is basic. No facilities to charge phones, even just one outlet on the solar would be great. Refrigerator was to small for a group of six.. A notice/sign to indicate where to go at arrival would be advisable to.

For an off-grid venue, the cottage had everything needed. Total peace and quiet, stunning view, long walks in the bush, donkey water system worked like a charm. Host were very responsive and did not bother guests unless brining wood for the donkey or checking that you had enough water supply.

Gas fridge worked well but not ideal for freezing meat if you stay for longer than 3 days. The hosts were kind enough to keep meat frozen at the main house.

The location is magical - surrounded by an amphitheatre of mountains. The warm water furnace worked superbly.

Although we liked the secluded location, it would be nice to have a place on the property to charge our devices. Given the excellent solar technology that's available today it might worth slightly upgrading the solar system in the chalets.
