I had an amazing stay in Aswan and I’m very satisfied with everything. The hospitality was exceptional from the very beginning. Bisho and Ayman were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. They helped arrange my drop-off transportation, ordered food to the hotel for me, and handled every request with such care and professionalism. They also gave me a free room upgrade with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. After check-out, they kindly allowed me to stay at the hotel and continue using the common areas, including the pool, which I really appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

El personal muy amable e hicieron todo lo posible para nuestra comodidad, ordenaron comida para nosotros muy tarde en la noche. Muy simpáticos, sobretodo Wafeek. La habitación estaba súper limpia, ordenada y bien equipada, dormimos increíble. Se puede usar la piscina y los espacios comunes con mucha libertad y comodidad.

La ubicación es lejos de la ciudad, y no está al borde del río exactamente como pareciera en las fotos. La piscina está en el subterráneo, no al aire libre. La terraza no estaba muy disponible para usarse. El barrio no era un lugar para caminar. Estuvo bien para quedarse una noche. Es más para retirarse o dormir ahí que para caminar por la ciudad.

La tranquilidad del lugar, y sobre todo la atención de Mustafa y bishoo.

Necesita algunas remodelaciones seguramente, pero nada que con trabajo no puedan lograrlo. Relación calidad precio, están súper arriba con la calidad por el precio que se paga.

El personal fue muy amable, nos llevaron incluso a comprar al supermercado, todos preocupados de que nos sintiéramos en casa.

Que no hay nada para movilizarse pero ellos dieron solución y el baño goteaba

Le personnel a été très gentil et très serviable tout au long du séjour en essayant de faciliter au plus notre séjour. Service de laverie gratuit. La vue sur le Nil . Chambre spacieuse.

Les parties communes manquent de propreté. Un petit effort sur la cuisine et la terrasse pourraient rendre le séjour exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est assez difficile d'accès même pour les taxis
