Inturotel Esmeralda Park

De accomodatie is erg kindvriendelijk en ook prima te doen als je zwanger bent (denk aan toegankelijkheid met buggy, liften, maar ook voldoende keuzemogelijkheden in het restaurant). Erg vriendelijk personeel, die je verder ook met rust laten als je dat wilt. We mochten bij aankomst om 00:30 uur zelfs nog naar het restaurant om wat te eten als we dat zouden willen. Het is overal erg schoon en ook de kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Ik heb niets gemist en echt een vakantiegevoel gehad.

Air con was not working and remote had issues with tv. Was rectified the same day.

Beautiful location and views. We went for the room with a sea view so the balcony was amazing.

The AC barely got below 25 degrees even being on the whole time. There was no bath, just a wet room, so it was quite slippery with a baby. The service at the beach bar was incredibly slow, I think understaffed.

Location was excellent. Communal areas well kept, clean and stylishly presented.

Ants in the room, breakfast could have been more varied with more healthy options - seeds, nuts peanut butter, Greek yoghurt and more fruit for example. Staff were disappointing any time we had an interaction with them - with the exception of the kid’s entertainment team. We reported ants on 3 occasions and were only offered bug spray. Waited 3 days to have a turn with the iron and when it arrived there was no ironing board. We consistently were left with only 2 towels after cleaning even though there were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) staying in the room. We had a difficult interaction with the pool bar staff after there was dirt in the glass of white wine.

Die Lage war wirklich fein, direkt an der Bucht.

Ein sonnigeres Appartement wäre fein gewesen, zumal in der Vorsaison.
