Muy linda, la cala , buena ubicación y buen centro cerca

En mi experiencia es la primera vez en los hoteles que he visitado, que tienen un corto horario de Bufet , teniendo el show de niños ( ya que es un hotel orientado a niños ) que cierra la puerta a las 21:00 hrs . El kinder , a partir de los 4 años ( s tener en cuenta ! ) y horario de 10 a 14 hrs solamente . Luego te ofrecen un parque de agua dentro con unos toboganes , pero todo a costo aparte ( 27 € las 2 personas ), teniendo esto que estar incluido . Al querer agregar algo a la habitación , todo debe ser pago antes . El Snack de pileta recién remodelado , muy lindo , falta tiempo de aceitar el personal ya que los platos hay que reclamarlos . La pileta , ABRE RECIÉN 10:00 hrs , cerrando la puerta 18:00 hrs “ A TENER EN CUENTA HUÉSPEDES “ En mi experiencia no volvería Gracias

The location was great, lovely restaurants on the doorstep, bus stop, train. The facilities where unreal, our room was a studio, it was small but ample space, enough clothes storage, a make up mirror, beach towels provided, all beds and chairs so comfortable and rooms where cleaned everyday with new towels by lovely friendly cleaners. Staff where all lovely and plenty of security for safety

I loved everything

Loved the look of the place and cleanliness

Too many children. Even though we had our own with us the pool felt crowded for the amount of children.

Pool was nice buffet and rooms and entertainment were great .

The beach and water was a disgrace and a major downside. The water is basically polluted with plastic and rubbish and whilst this isn’t the hotels issue it’s something that should be addressed in Mallorca . Staff in the pool restaurant were pretty clueless and kept mixing up orders .

Las piscinas cierran a las 18h y la cocina a las 21h. Lo normal debería ser cerrarlo más tarde.
