"Apartamento amplio con muy buena ubicación."

Muy buena ubicación, camas confortables, apartamento limpio.

No había una mesa con sillas para poder comer. Una de las persianas no se cerraba.

"Cómodo para un par de noches"

El alojamiento es un pequeño apartamento con cocina baño, camas, sofá y una pequeña mesa para poder trabajar. La habitación estaba bastante limpia y cuenta con lo básico para poder cocinar algo y poder fregar lo que ensucias ( me parece importante). Cuenta con aire acondicionado y bomba de calor. En general bastante bien la estancia.

La ducha no tiene alcachofa de mano, solo de techo, por lo que te obliga a mojarte el pelo y únicamente hay gel de baño, no cuentan con acondicionador.

Reservamos una habitación para 3 huéspedes y solo había dos camas. Llamamos al hotel con la incidencia a las 20:00h cuando llegamos para que nos pusiesen una cama mas, sabanas y toallas. Nos dijeron que no, hasta el día siguiente no nos pusieron una cama mas. Muy mal

Lo stile dell'arredamento e gli spaziosità della camera. La posizione vicino alla metro

Il primo appartamento aveva i sanitari utilizzati, ho comunicato il problema e mi hanno cambiato subito stanza. Gli appartamenti non sono molto coibentanti, si sentono i rumori/voci delle stanze accanto.

Demasiadas reglas en beneficio del aparthotel para el cliente como horarios, pagos adicionales de seguridad check in/out (además nula flexibilidad en horarios), terminan siendo molestas personal poco involucrado, básico para las soluciones!! habitación con falta de arreglos en piso y ducha en mal estado!!
