Posizione molto centrale, a pochi passi da numerose fermate della metro. Molto carina e spaziosa la stanza. Davvero ottimo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile.

In realtà nulla. C'era anche il servizio di pulizia che passava tutti i giorni, con tanto di cambio asciugamani. Ci hanno fornito anche la Spugnetta e lo Svelto piatti (cosa per niente scontata).

"The best family place we stayed in Europe"

the most comfortable and spacious place we stayed on our trip to Europe for a family of 5. Large kitchen, two bathrooms, real queen beds. Down the street from grocery store, metro station to anywhere in the city, and the best gluten free cafe we've ever been to. Easy parking. Plus, a great value for the money. Would 100% stay here again in Madrid.

Muy bien situado, el personal muy agradable y atento. Todo limpio El desayuno muy puntual, variado. Conexiones de metro muy cerca, a 1 minuto a pie. Servicio de consigna de equipaje genial de precio, fácil y rápido. Facilidades para late check-out.

Algunos muebles estaban en mal estado, desconchados. La TV era de un tamaño ridículo, no se veía bien desde la cama. Además no funcionaba bien, se apagaba, etc. Las luces muy tenues ( a mi gusto)

Todo, sobretodo la cama, super acogedora y comoda.

Por poner una pega tonta, la television no tenia canales, pero pusimos algo en youtube y genial!
