Habitacion muy amplia

Excelente alojamiento. Muy cerca del metro Diego de León (línea 5) que llega directo a la Gran Vía, Callao y Palacio Real. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Muy cerca supermercado Lidl, avenidas comerciales Cartagena y Diego de León. Habitación muy limpia, ordenada ,con cocina con todo los enseres necesarios ,mesa y sillas cómodas, baño impecable ,cama muy cómoda y con ropa de cama suficiente. Calefacción adecuada Personal muy amable y servicial. Recepción las 24 horas.

Very clean (a priority), comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, and the property overall resembled the photographs and met our basic needs. We really liked the neighbourhood -- a bit away from the tourist crowds downtown which is a nice reprieve, and very quiet and safe, but still with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The metro is very close and easy (and it is also possible to walk to the centre if desired). Good value overall, and would recommend the hotel.

The room was lacking a few basics, especially in the kitchenette. For example, there was no kettle or coffee maker (the only way to make coffee was with pods), no cutting board, no drying rack, and no paper towel or hand towels. The heating rack in the bathroom didn't work, and limited places to hang towels. I had been told the room would be cleaned on day 4 of 9, but that didn't happen (they texted to come in on day 7, but I was out and offline). It was all ok, as I was able to ask for clean towels and toiletries from housekeeping directly and didn't mind not having sheets changed, but seems a bit odd for something billing itself as a hotel to not have some more frequent housekeeping. Wifi was a little spotty at times but usable overall.
