The location and outlook

The location was perfect, with sea views and very close proximity to shops and the finicula. Our rooms had fantastic views and offered a lovely place to sit a relax whilst looking out to the promenade and and beach. Alison was so helpful when we had queries and meeting the resident Labrador was an unexpected bonus. Also, the locals were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The view is spectacular, two large bay windows looking out to sea. Watching the sunset from the sitting room was magical. The apartment felt spacious, clean, and very well laid out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The master bedroom could really do with some blackout curtains and the shower really needs replacing. These were only minor issues and the view more than made up for them.

The location and views from the lounge are awesome. Perfect spot to watch the sea and world go by. Bedding, towels etc provided and all spotless. Really helpful and friendly land lady x

The shower in the master bedroom en-suite needs replacing, as it was loose on the wall and tapped together. A final minor point, a coffee machine provided but no starter pods provided, which made us feel like we missed out (minor though).

Good location, clean, comfey, nice & warm at the end of Nov. Worked well for my myself, my son & daughter (young adults) plus off road parking.

Outside uplighting on the building very bright at night. Be nice to have blackout blinds/curtains. Some toiletries/soap in the shower would be good. Dishwasher tablets would be nice or include in booking confirmation to bring some. That said, washing up isn’t hard!

We went out for breakfast and let someone else cook. One thing I did forget to mention was the dishwasher integrated panel might need looking at. But everything else was brilliant. Perfect spot to watch storm Ashley. The lady looking after the place was super lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating with the parking. We were v glad not to have been parked in the sea front.

View across the bay from lounge and bedroom and the sound of the sea washing over the beach. Access to the apartments is via locked key safes one for each apartment, ours was apartment 1 and duly located the key, there is no requirement to engage with any staff as the apartment is self-catering and basics are there i.e. microwave oven (didn't use it) toaster (did use it) kettle (did use it) all the cutlery needed good sized fridge.

Noisy at night, i.e. people walking along promenade could clearly be heard even though they weren't shouting. The stairs were a challenge for me as I have heart failure and shortness of breath for fit persons shouldn't be a problem and worth the view.
