Property Notes

This property doesn't have accessible facilities, upper floors are not accessible by lift. Dogs are allowed in selected apartments at our Micklegate location. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of GBP 20 per night, per dog. When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit applies. Please contact reception to book. For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking. Reception hours are from 09:30 until 18.00 from Monday to Sunday. Reception hours may vary. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception for an additional charge, subject to availability. As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team. Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. Management reserves the right to recover this debt by any means necessary. Further information can be found on the property Terms & Conditions and damage policy. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Had a great stay. Would return but maybe on the first floor."

Secure and good location. Very clean

Small dining table, could have been bigger and similar style. living room table looking tired. Not easy to find first time around but would definitely return. No view at all. Noise from upstairs.

Location, cleanliness ,AC was awesome ,laundry facilities were good. directions on the email were perfect thank you. It was easy to excess and get our keys.

Would recommend blackout drapes for the bedroom

"Excellent for amenities, location and comfort"

The place was excellent, clean and a very central location for what we needed with all the facilities.

My son and his partner did complain to me that the mattress in their room had a lump in the middle of it and they were both pushed to the edges of the bed and it was uncomfortable. He compared my room which was excellent with the en-suite in. We were in apartment 2 ... maybe this could be looked into.

Lovely place and location was great

There was unnecessary stress caused by staff. Even though we had booked a dog friendly room, after checking in online we had an email sent to us saying that "we were still booked in but our pets would not be allowed to stay" We had to contact booking.com who contacted them, then they reallocate us dog friendly rooms. They should have done this automatically rather than causing unnecessary stress. Maybe hey were hoping we would cancel and they could resell the room we had paid for, after all we paid in full and it was none refundable on cancellation.

"Excellent rooms particularly for a longer stay, note expensive parking, early check-in charge"

Spacious room/apartment. I did not use the facilities/kitchen but ideal for a longer stay//it had everything you would need. Very good air conditioning throughout, could not fault the room.

Extra charge for early check-in. £20 to check in up to 1 hour early...never have I encountered this after travelling the world for 40 years..if the room is ready what is the harm. Yes extended late check out charges make sense. Parking is £40/day at the recommended NCP car park which is very convenient. So not a great place if you have a car and want to stay 2-3 days. Even the further car park is £25. Didn't need to but inability to leave luggage is a negative over the norm.
