This property does not have accessible facilities and upper floors are not accessible by lift. Please note that some apartments are split-level and contain internal stairs. Ground-floor apartments are available in limited numbers and must be requested in advance by contacting Reception. While requests cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate them. Dogs are welcome in selected apartments at our Micklegate location, subject to availability. A charge of £20 per dog, per night applies, and a refundable pet deposit is required. Please contact Reception before booking. Reception is open daily from 09:30 to 18:00. Hours may vary. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Payment & Cancellation Free Cancellation Rate A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival. For bookings made within one month of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made 20–9 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made 8 days or less before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the deposit. Advance Purchase Rate Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card provided through Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful, you will be contacted and given 24 hours to provide updated card details. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Group Bookings & Security Deposit A refundable security/damage deposit of £100 per apartment is required for all group bookings and is payable one month prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Charges may apply for any damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of the property's Terms & Conditions. Arrival Information Guests arriving outside reception hours will receive an email one day prior to arrival containing access instructions, gate codes, and key box details. Please contact the property urgently if you have not received this information before your arrival date.
