Pretty much everything. The calets are very much in need of an upgrade, room is very tiered, wooden furniture was all chip and extremely worn. Bathroom was disgusting! They had the heating on full bum, it's was about 19 degrees in scotland on that particular day so no idea why, so the room was like a sauna, couldn't really sit in it. When asked to turn the heating off, we were told its on a timer so nothing they could/wanted to do about it. No management on site either so nothing to resolve with them either. No fan and restaurant was closed. Nothing is round about either so couldn't get a bite to eat. We decided we couldn't sleep in a dirty over heated room, so instead of popping out to try and look for food we actually ended up leaving all together and went to another hotel. Asked for a refund and still not heard back from anyone! Would not recommend this place at all!

Restaurant only open weekends- would’ve been good to have known previously as no transport. Asked for suggestions or directions to nearby food outlets but wasn’t helpful. No dinner that evening after long journey ☹️

The location was further out than we realised and had to get a taxi, there was no food available on arrival and we didn't have a car. The chalet was dirty and had chocolate sweets rolling around on the floor (clearly not cleaned) the single bed was lumpy and I could feel the springs through the sheets. The wi fi was not available in the chalets. very disappointing experience.

Nothing I left tbt property after 2 hours of checking in it was very dissapointing.I will never be booking there again.Waste of £65

Better information. Not informed that the restaurant was only open Thursday to Sunday so there was nothing available for me to eat. Although the staff member Zander went out of his way to assist me. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. I am sure it was clean but because of age looked pretty tatty

When I booked it, it was suitable for our requirements and at a reasonable price and provided a twin room (& the main reason for booking)

I booked a twin room as we were 2 female friends travelling. When we got there we were told we’d been upgraded-but to a double room and one overlooking a busy road!! Not really suitable and the staff member was very off hand and not overly helpful. However we accepted the room rather than start to look for another hotel but will not use this hotel again. We also asked for a second duvet which did not materialise either

Staff were very friendly and very helpful,the accommodation was very clean and the room was clean everyday while I was there and fresh towels I also liked how quiet it was while I was staying there definitely would stay in the chalet again rather than hotel room
