Basic, fuse free rooms.

Heating came on at night, and got very hot. There was no way of adjusting temperature and windows didn't open passed safety. Handbasin was broken with massive cracks and looked like it had been glued back together. Just a basis room to put your head down after a long drive.

The food in main hotel was nice

Chalet needs refurbed, shower room disgusting

The room, the decor, the steps to the rooms, the cleanliness, the bed, the burning hot heating including the bathroom floor.

Nothing it was away round back from hotel it was disgusting no remote for telly had to get guy come have a look he couldn't fix it either opened a cupboard door it fell off went to have a shower it was disgusting took photos can't have shower no telly the walls covered in holes asked to speak to manager was told mother was ill next phone call his aunt has died don't think so

We stayed in chalet 19. It was totally disgusting. Tiles broken in shower room, seals were black, shower doors didn't work properly hence a curtain supplied. Floors in bedroom area uneven, furniture had seen better days, mattress was a joke, the whole place was rotten. We called for change of room but full. No dinner as no staff, no breakfast only continental and it was £10 !!! can't fault the ladies on reception, the dining room and bar were nice and clean, from entrance to there but the rest of the place is minging. I had to have quite a few vodka's to enable me to sleep in it
