Staff and room were good

The bed was so uncomfortable I didn't sleep at all on the Friday night. It was that bad I went to reception to see if we could be moved but I couldn't find anyone. I ended up staying with family on the Saturday night as I couldn't face another night. I have stayed in this hotel a few times but never had an experience like this but this was the 1st time in the chalets.

For the price the property exceeded my expectations, the room was clean, there were clean towels and clean bedsheets. The room was vey organised. It was very cozy and nice

The furniture and the building it self is a bit outdated but for that price it was more than I expected, I was actually very pleased with my room

Great location close to Clydebank Crematorium for a funeral, my husband, aunt & uncle & other family all stayed there, received good recommendations for nearby restaurants and enjoyed the comfort of the bar. Cedar suite was a lovely function room for refreshments and meeting with friend and family after the funeral service.

It’s on the main road. That’s it!

EVERYTHING the more you looked the worse it got! The door didn’t even shut properly! The shower was filthy and falling apart. Literally the only reason we stayed was because we just cycled 103 miles and needed sleep
